The role is designed to support the Business & Performance Manager in optimizing data quality and operational performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and submit statutory activity data within deadlines.
• Monitor and enhance data quality, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive analysis and performance reports to meet business needs.

This role requires you to have:

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience managing teams in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience analyzing and interpreting complex datasets
• Knowledge of data quality improvement
• Familiarity with patient IT systems like SystmOne
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office
