The Digital Data Analyst role is essential for advancing analytics in the mobile app sector, working alongside a team devoted to launching and developing this app. This position supports the Digital and DigiTech teams by establishing measurement frameworks and identifying customer needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish tracking and measurement to assess app activities and their contribution to app growth.
• Collaborate with product owners to identify business opportunities through online behavior and sales analysis.
• Create and maintain analytics reports and dashboards, aiming to automate report processes while monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure teams receive relevant insights to guide business decisions.
• Monitor competitor activities and update on market trends.
• Work with external agencies supporting digital analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in a similar role with knowledge of mobile app measurement and tagging.
• Experience in insights reporting, preferably within retail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders for technical discussions.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Proficient with mobile and web analytics tools like Firebase, Google Analytics 4, and GCP.
