Propensio Finance is a leader in the Consumer Finance Industry in the UK and invests significantly in Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives. They are committed to enabling more individuals to access funds for home improvements through their lending services. The newly established Data Warehouse Developer role will strengthen their IT team, focusing on optimizing data processes and integration across the company.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop data models and schemas for the data warehouse.
• Build and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Develop complex SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing processes.
• Optimize database performance, including indexing and query optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Support IT with ad hoc requests like reporting.
• Maintain documentation for data models, ETL processes, and workflows.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience in data warehousing and data modelling.
• Proficiency in SQL (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with ETL tools like SSIS or Informatica.
• Familiarity with data warehouse platforms like Microsoft SQL Server.

The role requires candidates to commute or relocate to Rotherham. A UK work authorization is mandatory along with some education and experience qualifications preferred.
