In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement adaptive planning frameworks supporting organisational goals.
• Create and evaluate scenarios to assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders to align goals and enhance planning strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Identify process improvements and innovative solutions for planning capabilities.
• Utilise advanced tools for data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on planning methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams and oversee change management protocols.
• Support finance community in budgeting and forecasting configurations with Adaptive Planning.
• Support system administration of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.

This role requires you to have:

• Adaptive planning knowledge
• Experience with Adaptive Financials configuration
• Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Workday Financials experience
• Strategic planning and scenario analysis skills
• Analytical skills with data modelling and visualisation tools
