In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze data systems to generate competitive business quotes.
- Provide insights to inform underwriting and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and report on conversion rates and claims patterns.
- Develop machine learning models to improve quotes and detect fraud.
- Implement scoring systems for automated claims payments.
- Identify resource bottlenecks with productivity tracking.
- Support cross-selling initiatives through claims data analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and security in analyses.
- Work with IT for optimal data infrastructure.
- Align data solutions with business goals.
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on data analytics and machine learning advancements.
- Refine analytical processes and tools.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation of models and findings.
- Produce reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in data initiatives.
- Identify and propose strategies for data-related risks.
