• Analyse extensive data sets using platforms like Google Analytics and Dynamics CRM.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs and sales performance.
• Manage data relationships and build a centralised data dictionary.
• Create data-driven models for revenue management and customer segmentation.
• Enhance data accuracy through data cleaning and governance practices.
• Stay updated on analytics trends to improve tools and processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in hospitality or a customer-centric industry.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data modelling, trend analysis, and data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python).
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
