Monzo is on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join their Commercial Planning & Governance team. This role is essential in supporting the Workforce Management function, which forms a crucial part of Customer Operations. The team focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless implementation of changes to meet customer demand.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day modelling and reporting of forecast change processes.
- Ensure accurate reporting of FTE, cost, and workload impacts.
- Build and maintain custom reporting and dashboards using Looker for Workforce Management.
- Support impact analysis of high-impact projects related to service and cost gains.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to model FTE/hiring impacts of new processes.
- Partner with leadership and business units to scope and monitor change implementations.

This role requires you to have:
- Workforce Management or Forecasting background
- Demonstrable experience using SQL
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
You would benefit from having:
- Anaplan experience
- Fluency in MacOS, Slack, and GSuite tools
