The Senior Data Scientist will contribute to the strategic team, tasked with uncovering commercial opportunities through data-driven insights. This role plays a pivotal part in developing algorithms and models that shape the business's strategic decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build E2E profitability and customer segmentation models.
• Leverage historic datasets to identify profitability drivers and guide model development.
• Implement machine learning techniques for model evolution and automation.
• Translate analysis findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to integrate models into decision-making processes.
• Support Strategy & Proposition team with high-priority analytics.
• Prepare CEO and board materials highlighting strategic insights.

This role requires you to have:

• At least a 2i degree from a top-tier university in a relevant discipline.
• 6-8 years’ experience in data science roles with commercial focus.
• Proven experience with customer segmentation models.
• Proficient in Python, R, and SQL programming languages.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Project management skills from inception to completion.
