In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL processes for datasets exceeding 500,000 customers.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage cloud-based data infrastructure on AWS, using services like S3, Athena, and Lambda.
  • Enhance and maintain Microsoft SQL Server technologies such as SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
  • Document data processes and best practices to ensure clarity.
  • Mentor junior engineers and uphold high coding standards.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for data and technology improvements.

This role requires you to have:

  • 5+ years with large relational databases.
  • Expertise in Python for data manipulation.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud technologies.
