The Data Analyst will collaborate with various teams, including Content, Production, and Market Insights, to enrich their data solutions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and implement surveys using Qualtrics and SPSS.
- Develop research outputs from raw survey data.
- Use advanced statistical techniques for data analysis, providing insights for the HR sector.
- Create content reports and visualizations from survey results.
- Generate monthly pay trends reports from pay data analysis.
- Collaborate with Market Insights to develop commercial collateral based on survey results.
- Represent Brightmine in various external communications and presentations.
- Inform commercial teams and stakeholders about trends and research findings.
- Build industry relationships through networking and social media.
