People Data Analyst

RNIB seeks an experienced People Data Analyst to join their People Team. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics to deliver actionable insights. The team is collaborative, aiming for excellence in service delivery, with regular travel required to the London office.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop approaches to deliver data insights aligned with RNIB's strategy and business plans.
• Analyze HR data, including employee turnover, retention rates, recruitment effectiveness, diversity, and inclusion statistics, and performance management data.
• Produce and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Present data and insights in a meaningful way for decision-making.
• Develop self-service data tools for managers and leaders.
