In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage extensive data related to financial sponsors, including portfolios, acquisitions, and deals.
• Coordinate with the Financial Sponsors team using various databases to maintain updated information.
• Analyze data to inform strategy and performance metrics across sectors and geographies.
• Support in data provision for presentations to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports and analysis.
• Develop and maintain CRM updates and tracking tools.
• Summarize client information for presentation formats.

This role requires you to have:

• Two or more years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, investment banking, or related fields.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and Business Intelligence software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to engage with senior clients.
• Numeracy skills for interpreting financial data and reports.
