Working closely with a team and stakeholders, the Data Insight Analyst will empower the association's outreach and effectiveness.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and communicate strategic insights to enhance customer experience and income sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce bespoke analysis and forecasts.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
• Serve as a first contact for analytics requests, translating technical information for stakeholders.
• Act as a Salesforce 'super user' and assist colleagues in maximizing its functionalities.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
• Experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
• Ability to generate insights from large data sets.
