The selected HR Data Analyst will join a dynamic team, playing a vital role in shaping workforce planning and advancing employee engagement in alignment with the Council's objectives.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Generate management information reports and extract insights from HR data to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR managers and department heads to optimize workforce planning and boost employee engagement.
- Support the Council’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives and improve organizational performance.
- Capture learning through data analysis, case reviews, and performance data assessment.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in analyzing complex data sets.
- Proficient written, verbal, and data analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
