Product Analyst

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a Product Analyst to address and resolve system problems effectively. This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure business impact assessments are accurate and solutions are efficient. The team aims to maintain high-quality standards while supporting software applications and coordinating testing efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review documentation to understand testing requirements and objectives.
• Identify and ensure availability of test data during testing phases.
• Participate in defect triage meetings with project teams.
• Outline and conduct peer reviews of test scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate application and product testing as per project plans.
• Provide first and second line support for business users on assigned software applications.
• Ensure issue resolution in line with SLA and monitor open call progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science or strong computer background with a business degree.
• Experience with software development and testing life cycle.
• Strong troubleshooting and system testing skills.
