In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop innovative methods for data ingestion, processing, storage, and analysis
- Design and monitor the cloud data platform using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to implement machine learning cases in production
- Enhance automation in integration pipelines and infrastructure management
- Foster partnerships across engineering and product teams
- Contribute to prioritization and delivery of data products alongside senior engineers
- Manage the lifecycle of data products ensuring alignment with agile practices
- Create and refine scalable data solutions on GCP

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in data engineering with proven organizational impact
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Scala
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies including Spark and Kafka
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud tools like BigQuery and Dataflow
- Strong understanding of SQL, databases, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance
You would benefit from having:
