The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing ROI from digital marketing efforts and maintaining an extensive property listing portfolio across key digital platforms.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve property portal marketing strategies to increase click-through and visitor enquiries.
• Utilize all portal features for ad strategy and management to boost clicks and conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and enhance RWinvest’s presence on all portals.
• Identify new advertising portals for growth.
• Oversee PPC and social paid ads, optimizing spend for key terms.
• Perform market research on competitors and tracking marketing channel opportunities.
• Track and report ROI metrics for cost and revenue per marketing channel.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year experience in data analytics or related field
• Proficiency with Hubspot CRM
