In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable data software products using Python, AWS, SQL, and CI/CD.
• Design and implement complex data models and write efficient SQL queries for data management.
• Enhance data ingestion efficiency, data quality, and ensure data compliance and security.
• Automate deployment processes and create monitoring tools for live applications.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Engineers, Product Managers, and Strategy teams on data projects.
• Drive high-quality insights through data storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Code using best practices and adhere to test-driven and behaviour-driven development approaches.
• Participate in system architecture design and recommend data-led solutions to business problems.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Backend Software Engineer.
• Expertise in building software products with Python and proficiency in SQL and software engineering principles.
• Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and service-oriented architecture.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases and modern data architecture frameworks.
