In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze customer insights from contact center data
- Examine sales data from Retention Programs
- Create PowerPoint presentations using feedback and social media data
- Build dashboards with minimal supervision
- Understand keywords and text analytics to convert threads into charts
- Collaborate on Samsung community and digital team projects
- Clearly communicate needs to solution providers and learn data visualization
