This role focuses on fostering relationships with platform providers to ensure SEI’s services align with client goals. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct regular meetings with platform providers to address concerns and potential improvements.
- Support fund agreement negotiations and liaise with Legal following company policy.
- Collaborate with fund custodians and data vendors to provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Aid the Static Data Offshore team with asset setup and price amendments.
- Enhance offshore processes and handle client queries efficiently.
- Log and process instructions for asset and mutual fund setups.
- Verify data accuracy by obtaining Prospectus as required.
- Ensure precise setup of manual dealing calendars weekly.
- Assist in maintaining asset dividend policies and handle custody transfers.
- Address Agency Codes issues with platform providers.
- Link assets to the corresponding custody account on the SEI Platform.
- Monitor significant fund changes, including Corporate Actions and AMC changes.
- Support asset conversion processes, ensuring smooth execution.
- Resolve exceptions arising from conversion or reconciliation activities.
- Resolve data integrity issues with Platform Delivery and Application Support.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Monitor and escalate issues related to Tax Wrapper Account feeds.
- Maintain and review asset static data from vendors.
- Identify, assess, and control risks associated with relevant functions.
