Static Data Analyst

This role focuses on fostering relationships with platform providers to ensure SEI’s services align with client goals. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with platform providers to address concerns and potential improvements.
• Support fund agreement negotiations and liaise with Legal following company policy.
• Collaborate with fund custodians and data vendors to provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Aid the Static Data Offshore team with asset setup and price amendments.
• Enhance offshore processes and handle client queries efficiently.
• Log and process instructions for asset and mutual fund setups.
• Verify data accuracy by obtaining Prospectus as required.
• Ensure precise setup of manual dealing calendars weekly.
• Assist in maintaining asset dividend policies and handle custody transfers.
• Address Agency Codes issues with platform providers.
• Link assets to the corresponding custody account on the SEI Platform.
• Monitor significant fund changes, including Corporate Actions and AMC changes.
• Support asset conversion processes, ensuring smooth execution.
• Resolve exceptions arising from conversion or reconciliation activities.
• Resolve data integrity issues with Platform Delivery and Application Support.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
• Monitor and escalate issues related to Tax Wrapper Account feeds.
• Maintain and review asset static data from vendors.
• Identify, assess, and control risks associated with relevant functions.
