In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collate and manage employee and payroll data.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and migration for the new HRIS.
- Define data requirements and develop migration and testing plans.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Create documentation and guidelines for data reporting.
- Provide HR and business teams with actionable data insights.
- Offer training on data management tools and reporting.
- Develop automated data processes and uphold data quality.
