Shine Repair, a national network of skilled cosmetic repair technicians, has been serving customers with minor vehicle damage for over two decades. The company is on an exciting path and is looking for a motivated Senior Data Analyst who is eager to expand into data science. The role aims to translate business and data needs into actionable insights to aid decision-making processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze performance metrics and create actionable outputs.
• Translate data outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data requirements.
• Develop proof-of-concept data solutions and dashboards.
• Support and enhance data pipelines using SQL and PySpark/Python.
• Lead data requests and assess new data requirements.
• Create bespoke data queries for stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on complex products.
• Mentor colleagues and offer training on new processes.
• Notify stakeholders on critical data integrity issues promptly.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in a data analyst role.
• Ability to create and present analyses.
• Applied statistical methods with R or Python.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with IT applications and cloud data solutions.
• Experience with data warehousing and SQL.

You would benefit from having:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Moderate experience with Python, PySpark, R, or Scala.
