They value continuous learning and are currently expanding their MGA & Program business, seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Bordereaux Management team.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Accident & Health MGA & Program business, validating data accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance data standards and maintain data documentation.
- Negotiate and collect data on policies, premiums, and claims from external partners.
- Manage the data onboarding process within the Bordereaux Management System.
- Work with data engineering teams for data integration and perform data acceptance testing.
- Develop business insights and reports in partnership with the BI team and stakeholders.
- Implement improvements in process efficiency and data quality.
- Establish best practices for data management and maintain procedural documentation.
- Stay updated on industry standards and requirements.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of data analysis and management experience.
- 5+ years in the (Re)insurance industry.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Spark.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and processing using SSIS, Python, and Databricks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and data management capabilities.
- Leadership and collaboration skills within a data team.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
