In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the International MGA & Program business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand and refine data standards.
- Gather and analyze data from Brokers, MGAs, Coverholders, and TPAs.
- Oversee the data onboarding process for the Bordereaux Management System.
- Work with data engineering teams to integrate and test data.
- Collaborate with the BI team to develop insights from analytics.
- Implement improvements in data management processes.
- Ensure documentation and training materials are up-to-date.
- Stay informed of market standards and processing changes.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis and management.
- 5+ years in the (Re)insurance industry, focusing on various market segments.
- Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and Spark.
- Strong data modelling and processing skills with frameworks like SSIS and Python.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
