This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in customer experience insights from large data sets.
• Strong enthusiasm for improving customer experience through insights.
• Experience managing large datasets with SQL or similar analytical language.
• Ability to visualize complex data sets and simplify them into actionable insights.
• Expertise in writing and presenting findings to influence others.
• Capability to manage relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority.
