In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior analyst to develop and implement data analysis strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to produce, share, and use data insights cohesively.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Determine reporting requirements and develop performance reports in Power BI and Excel.
- Produce monthly performance reports to guide decision-making.
- Ensure stakeholders access and comprehend necessary data.
- Implement data governance and quality assurance processes.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in quantitative analysis or data science methodologies.
- Experience with management information reports and data visualisations, specifically in Power BI and Excel.
- Advanced statistical analysis and evaluation methodologies knowledge.
- Understanding of how reporting informs business planning.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with DAX, SQL, R, and Python.
The position offers a flexible full-time schedule with no weekend work, allowing hybrid work arrangements in Sheffield. There is a probationary period after which salary increases.
