This position involves working closely with schools and education services to address data issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues and discrepancies.
• Implement processes and solutions for accurate and timely data.
• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues in Education Services.
• Provide efficient support service to customers and service users.
• Handle sensitive information with due care.
