In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity and generate comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
- Perform advanced analytics to provide insights

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in data analysis and management reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets
- Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with large HR systems and reporting design
