EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and manage comprehensive EDI solutions.
• Develop EDI mappings and workflows to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards and protocols.
• Oversee the onboarding and integration of new trading partners.
• Perform root cause analysis of EDI issues and implement solutions.
• Document EDI processes and ensure they comply with regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for trading partners concerning EDI matters.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in EDI implementations and support.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML.
• Strong expertise with EDI mapping tools and integrations with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud-based EDI solutions and API integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
