In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop robust and reusable data models and expose insights through Looker, focusing on customer data.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and set KPIs for solving business problems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate insights and shape business strategy.
• Ensure consistent documentation and communicate data warehouse structures with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data team for peer reviews and to meet business objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Python
• Proficiency with Looker or similar BI tools
• Understanding of DBT and data architecture principles such as dimensional modelling
• Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with data within customer operations or outcomes
• Version control experience using GitHub or similar
