The role of Data Analyst and Marketing Assistant assists their marketing team by analyzing key metrics and supporting campaigns to enhance brand presence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data from internal systems and external sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports on auction and marketing performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop insights improving auction outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance company databases for accuracy and consistency.
• Update and optimize the website to boost traffic and engagement.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and support the social media plan.
• Manually update listings on Google My Business and third-party sites.
• Assist in strategic planning during department meetings.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and marketing analytics (Google Analytics).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
