This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in technology projects within startups, financial institutions, or enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Experience coding in Python.
