In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Automate demand baseline forecasts at SKU level using Power BI.
• Analyze data from sources such as supplier reports and sales forecasts.
• Maintain dashboards tracking KPIs like cost of sales and forecast accuracy.
• Provide weekly reporting to the Supply Chain leadership team.
• Create comprehensive commercial reports on stock visibility.
• Develop statistical models and evaluate forecast results.
• Conduct root cause analysis of forecast deviations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely stock availability.
• Combine and refine business demand plans with cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate market intelligence into demand plans.
• Lead promotional forecast planning at SKU level.
• Support cost modeling for new market entries.
• Enhance and simplify processes with the Procurement team.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-4 years experience in supply chain analytics, procurement, or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience in international restaurant business or food industry.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and workflow coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
