In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Automate demand baseline forecasts at SKU level using Power BI.
- Analyze data from sources such as supplier reports and sales forecasts.
- Maintain dashboards tracking KPIs like cost of sales and forecast accuracy.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Supply Chain leadership team.
- Create comprehensive commercial reports on stock visibility.
- Develop statistical models and evaluate forecast results.
- Conduct root cause analysis of forecast deviations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Combine and refine business demand plans with cross-functional teams.
- Incorporate market intelligence into demand plans.
- Lead promotional forecast planning at SKU level.
- Support cost modeling for new market entries.
- Enhance and simplify processes with the Procurement team.

This role requires you to have:
- 2-4 years experience in supply chain analytics, procurement, or logistics.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI.
- Experience in international restaurant business or food industry.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and workflow coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
