The Junior Data Analyst will join the FP&A team, playing a crucial role in refining business reporting through Power BI and engaging with leadership to deliver deep insights. This position supports the company's goal of informed decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the master Power BI dataset with an emphasis on best practices and scalability.
• Lead training initiatives across the business and act as the Power BI expert for queries.
• Promote data-driven decision making and ensure data accuracy.
• Enhance dashboard reporting to align with business needs and user experience.
• Maintain ongoing reports and produce monthly insights.
• Develop a new Operational dashboard post-implementation of a new supply chain system.
• Assist with projects and handle ad hoc requests.
• Ensure precise data entry for sell-through metrics, refining processes for growth.
