People Data Analyst Lead

The People Data Analytics Lead role is pivotal in refining the data strategy through development and optimisation of data visualisations and reports using Power BI and SQL.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain interactive, visually engaging dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Power BI, DAX, and SQL
• Develop robust data models, measures, and calculations to provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
• Document data models, report specifications, and development specifications
• Identify and implement strategies to improve Power BI report performance and responsiveness

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £47,000 per annum, depending on experience
• 26 days annual leave per year, increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays)

This role requires you to have:

• Significant work experience in Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Power BI RLS
• Experience in HR data
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
