This role supports stakeholders with key performance indicators and insights across several units including Customer Service and Financial Customer Care. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct operational data analysis and provide interpretations.
• Inform colleagues and managers on operational challenges.
• Facilitate daily reporting and analysis.
• Support data-driven decision-making discussions.
• Ensure timely delivery of comprehensive reporting.
• Create consolidated reports for various business functions.
• Analyze data to identify skill gaps or inefficiencies.
• Assist managers and departments with data capture for regular and ad-hoc reports.
