Senior Data Analyst

This role within the Analytics and Reporting team is crucial for driving operational priorities and advising on data insights applicable to multiple units throughout the company. The candidate will contribute to advanced data reporting and cloud migration to Azure, facilitating improved decision-making processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide expert operational data analysis and interpretation.
• Offer advice to colleagues and managers to impact operational decisions.
• Perform daily reporting and analysis, transforming data into actionable insights.
• Assist business decisions through data-driven prioritization.
• Conduct data modelling and interpretation of operational data.
• Monitor, control, and report on risk and opportunity profiles.
• Create consolidated reports for the business.
• Analyse complex data to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Support data capture for regular and ad-hoc reporting across departments.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Starting salary of £45,000 to £52,000 per annum.

This role requires you to have:

• Extensive data, analytical, and insight experience.
• Strong skills with Azure and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL, including PL-SQL.
• Programming experience, particularly with Python.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical modelling skills.
