In this role, you'll work within the IT Directorate, assisting in producing reports and dashboards while fostering robust relationships across the organisation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business reports and KPI dashboards.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify metrics and provide analytical insights.
• Utilise Excel, Power BI, and SQL to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Support migration projects and identify data sources.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and propose improvements to processes and tools.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with Power BI dashboard creation.
