In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Implement and manage website tagging protocols for accurate data collection.
• Define KPIs, monitor marketing and site performance, and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with media and lifecycle marketing teams on data-driven strategies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to understand trends and performance.
• Translate data requests into analytics needs.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing & e-commerce analytics, business and consumer insights.
• Experience with website tagging and digital analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation modeling.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools like Google Optimize and Optimizely.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with data platforms like CDPs and DMPs.
