In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to build and support the Data Operations service.
• Analyze business challenges and understand applications and insurance platforms.
• Translate data requirements into valuable solutions.
• Document requirements as user-stories/features/Epics.
• Ensure new requirements are integrated into automated test processes.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for the business.
• Troubleshoot data queries and concerns.
• Mentor and support team members while enhancing technical skills.
• Participate in Agile meetings during development cycles.
• Support Month End mandatory activities.

This role requires you to have:

• Three years of insurance industry experience
• Expertise in translating business requirements
• Experienced with complex data sets
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• Effective communicator with stakeholders
• Excellent time management
• Inquisitive nature

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with business decision engines
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) knowledge
• Familiarity with semantic layer tools
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Azure DevOps best practices knowledge
