In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Assist business leaders in defining key performance indicators to enhance business outcomes
  • Provide strategic data-driven guidance for major decisions
  • Develop self-service tools for various functions to ensure operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign strategies and optimize resources using insights
  • Perform thorough analyses to determine demand drivers and assess marketing impacts
  • Utilize marketing data to improve demand forecasting models

This role requires you to have:

  • Understanding of Marketing Data and KPIs
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities
  • Experience with senior stakeholders, ideally in Marketing
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with Python or R
  • Skilled in A/B testing and causal inference techniques

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience in interpreting marketing performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with econometric modeling
  • Familiarity with marketing mix models (MMM)
