TransUnion is a leading credit reference agency providing specialized services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning, and demographics. Supporting a variety of sectors, including finance, retail, and telecommunications, they are looking to expand their team with a dedicated Data Analyst.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Appraise, setup, process, peer review and deliver batch jobs for all TransUnion products.
  • Provide training and support to team members in job delivery.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complaints, queries, issues and incidents.
  • Fulfill quality control requests, ensuring high-quality output and service.
  • Handle onboarding new batch processes, coordinating with the Data Science team.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and software release management.
  • Be a contact for Business Continuity regarding all Risk & Compliance matters.
  • Produce and review process documentation ensuring compliance to corporate and legal standards.

This role requires you to have:

  • Previous data analyst experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of GDPR-compliant data management.
  • Ability to prioritize based on client requirements.
  • Proficiency in following documented processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Efficiency in troubleshooting technical and process issues.
  • Passion for service excellence, some experience with SQL or another programming language.

You would benefit from having:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience using R, Python, or Spark programming languages.
  • Experience with PowerBI or similar dashboard tools.
  • Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and best practices.
  • Experience working in an FCA/ICO regulated environment.
