In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate to define data quality metrics and oversee monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data catalogs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues and implement remediation plans.
• Assist in data lifecycle management, focusing on classification, retention, and disposal.
• Facilitate data governance forums and communicate initiatives to stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data management best practices and provide training.
• Collaborate with IT and risk teams to ensure data security and compliance with GDPR.
