• Create and manage dashboards to convey HR metrics.
• Conduct analyses on workforce planning and talent management.
• Develop data-driven HR initiatives such as predictive models.
• Ensure data compliance and accuracy while managing audit processes.
• Act as an HR analytics expert and train team members.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS.
• Assist the Head of HR in developing compensation frameworks and conducting market analyses.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in HR or data analysis, leveraging data for business strategies.
• Proficiency with data tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
