UCL is offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join their Service Excellence function, integral to the Professional Services Hub, which unites various administrative and business support services. The role exists to bolster large-scale improvement initiatives, with a focus on advancing customer experience across multiple functions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the Service Excellence function with accurate data analysis for an improvement programme.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and identify root causes for effective solutions.
• Work closely with the Data and Insights team to enhance data quality and measure the impact of projects.
• Utilize MI tools to visualize data and produce comprehensive reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through analysis and persuasion.
• Experience in producing detailed reports.
