In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Analyze recruitment and admissions data.
  • Translate data into valuable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop innovative approaches to enhance understanding of recruitment and admissions.
  • Support efforts to meet KPIs and attract top talent worldwide.

This role requires you to have:

  • Honours degree in a scientific or numerate discipline.
  • At least five years of experience managing complex data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure, PowerBI, and Python.
  • Advanced analytical expertise.
  • Proven track record in data governance and handling sensitive data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to derive KPIs and SLAs by working with stakeholders.
