As a key member of their Data & Technology team, the Business Analyst will contribute significantly to this mission, using data analytics to drive organization-wide insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leads to capture business intelligence and data analysis needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards alongside the Head of Information Security.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to align reports with organizational needs.
- Support business intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Design and deploy ETL pipelines using SQL and other tools.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity to maintain high quality standards.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in data preparation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query M.
- Understanding of data modelling principles.
