Lead Data Analyst

The UK Health Security Agency is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to oversee data analysis for the Operations and Customer Service Directorate (OCSD). This role involves senior stakeholder engagement across the Agency, providing a unique overview of all areas within DVLA.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Leading a team of analysts to provide Management Information (MI), analysis and advice
• Managing and monitoring business as usual (BAU) Management Information processes
• Liaising with Senior Analytical Leaders to support operational performance data presentation
• Mentoring performance analysts to ensure quality analysis and meet business objectives
• Gathering and interrogating data, preparing complex reports and responses
• Building and managing effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Managing directorates’ BAU Management Information processes
• Developing analytical knowledge and sharing best practices across departments
• Taking accountability for team performance outcomes
