The UK Health Security Agency is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to oversee data analysis for the Operations and Customer Service Directorate (OCSD). This role involves senior stakeholder engagement across the Agency, providing a unique overview of all areas within DVLA.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Leading a team of analysts to provide Management Information (MI), analysis and advice
- Managing and monitoring business as usual (BAU) Management Information processes
- Liaising with Senior Analytical Leaders to support operational performance data presentation
- Mentoring performance analysts to ensure quality analysis and meet business objectives
- Gathering and interrogating data, preparing complex reports and responses
- Building and managing effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing directorates’ BAU Management Information processes
- Developing analytical knowledge and sharing best practices across departments
- Taking accountability for team performance outcomes
