In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and strategy teams to integrate workforce data.
- Develop and compile reports on workforce, financial, and people data insights.
- Utilize multiple data sources to identify patterns and correlations.
- Employ analytical tools, primarily Excel, to explore workforce issues and trends.
- Create presentations that clearly convey workforce insights.
- Maintain a repository of insight models for group usage.
- Act as an expert on using and presenting people datasets.
- Stay updated with new data manipulation and presentation techniques.
- Engage in professional development and mandatory training.
