In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, finance, and strategy teams to integrate workforce data.
• Develop and compile reports on workforce, financial, and people data insights.
• Utilize multiple data sources to identify patterns and correlations.
• Employ analytical tools, primarily Excel, to explore workforce issues and trends.
• Create presentations that clearly convey workforce insights.
• Maintain a repository of insight models for group usage.
• Act as an expert on using and presenting people datasets.
• Stay updated with new data manipulation and presentation techniques.
• Engage in professional development and mandatory training.
