DIO - Senior People Data Analyst

The UK Ministry of Defence, through its Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), supports the defence estate with a focus on sustainability. The Senior People Data Analyst will be crucial in the Workforce Planning & Data team, supporting strategic workforce planning and enhancing data provision across the organisation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and present people data to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Produce accurate and timely monthly corporate reporting and ad-hoc data requests.
• Conduct deep dives into data trends to identify workforce risks.
• Ensure legal compliance in data protection as the Data Protection Officer.
• Oversee HR data integrity with regular audits.
• Align business requirements with strategic priorities for improved reporting.
• Support the People Team with data insights for business requests.
• Manage and develop the data analytics team.
• Foster a network of People Data Analytics peers across MOD.
